Apparel Orders

All apparel is made to order, which means each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or colour. Please take a moment to double check your selections before completing your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a defect or an error on our end, please reach out as soon as possible and we will make it right. You can get in touch through the intake form and include a description of the issue along with any photos that might help.

Design Services

All design projects require a non refundable deposit before any creative work begins. This is standard practice in the industry and it protects both of us. Your deposit secures your spot, covers the initial discovery and strategy work, and ensures that the time and thought going into your project is valued from the start.

The first meeting is focused on understanding your needs and figuring out whether we are a good fit. No concepts, ideas, or creative direction will be shared until a deposit has been received and a clear scope has been agreed upon. This protects the integrity of the work and ensures that what gets created together stays between us.

If you have any questions about how this works before reaching out, that is completely okay. The process is meant to feel transparent and straightforward, not transactional.
